Indexnine hosted a Leadership Roundtable in New Delhi on February 19, focused on AI for Engineering: Hard Lessons from the Frontline. Designed for CTOs, CIOs, and engineering leaders, the session will explore the real-world use of AI as organizations move beyond pilots and into production.

The roundtable focused on AI adoption, including why Spec-Driven Development becomes essential as AI enters production and how it enables greater predictability, quality, and control. The session helped participants identify where AI can create the most impact in their engineering organizations, along with practical frameworks to inform FY26–FY27 planning and investment decisions.

This was an invite-only, closed-door, peer-level discussion with fellow Engineering and Technology Leaders from the New Delhi region.
